Take a moment to slow down and find your balance during Settling In Week with our relaxing yoga sessions. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already practice, this is the perfect chance to stretch, breathe, and reset your mind and body.
We’ll be running two 40-minute sessions — the first from 2:00–2:40pm and the second from 3:00–3:40pm — so you can choose the time that suits you best. Both sessions will be guided by an experienced instructor and designed to help you unwind, improve flexibility, and recharge your energy.
No equipment needed — just wear something comfortable. Come along, switch off from the busyness of the week, and leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on new adventures.
