Brunel has places for up to 50 staff, students, friends and family to represent the Staff and Student Networks at Pride in London, one of the biggest LGBT+ Pride festivals in the world, on Saturday 5 July 2025. Our parade place has not yet been confirmed, but will likely be a two hour slot in the mid-afternoon.

Whether you identify as LGBTQ+ or see yourself as an ally for equality, the networks would love to see you there. If you haven’t been to Pride before, it’s great fun, the crowds are very supportive and you will be among friends and members of other university network pride groups, including Middlesex University, LSBU, and London Metropolitan University.

Staff, students and family members attending will get a Brunel-LGBTQ+ Networks fan/hand clapper to wave during the parade, and a wrist band for entry. We invite you to dress in your rainbow best and show your pride! We will be sending a walker’s guide briefing all about meeting up and marching on the parade day in the week prior to the event.

When you sign up as a Brunel student or staff member, you can also reserve a plus one ticket for a family member or friend. Sign ups will be open from 21 May for LGBTQ+ Staff and Student Network members and the wider Brunel campus community.

Remaining tickets to march, if available, will be offered from 30 June for members of the Hillingdon LGBTQ+ Network, other university groups and local community.
