International Women's Month: Accelerate Action - Women's Health Fair
Join us for our Women's Health Fair!
Led by our Gender, Diversity & Inclusion Officer Kiruthika, this is an interactive event dedicated to raising awareness about health challenges and long-term conditions that disproportionately impact women. This is your chance to learn, engage, and take proactive steps towards better health!

⏰ Time: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
? Location: The Atrium (Hamilton Building)
The health fair will feature stalls and activities addressing:
- Jess’s Law and support for women seeking a second medical opinion
- PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis and fibroids
- PMS and PMDD awareness and coping mechanism
- Breast cancer awareness and self-examination techniques
- Period pain and poverty (TEMS simulation machine, free moon cups)
- HPV and cervical cancer awareness and information on smear tests
You’ll get to try adrenal mocktails, which are wellness drinks to help with PCOS, and take home a mensutryal moon cup which are sustinable solutions to help fight period poverty. We’ll also have recipe cards to help regulate your hormones and heat strips for soothing pain relief. Plus, supportive guys can experience menstrual pain themselves with a TENS pain simulation machine to better understand what many women go through.
Who Can Attend?
Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re looking to access support, educate yourself, or advocate for change, this fair is open to students of all genders who want to learn more about women’s health.

- This venue has accessible restrooms for Disabled Students, as well as gender neutral toilets available in the same building/area.
