Grow your room mate …

Bring a little life into your new room by planting your very own “room mate”! In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to plant from scratch and get simple tips on how to take care of your new green friend.

All the materials will be provided — soil, pots, seeds, and easy-to-follow instructions — so you can create something unique to brighten up your space. Once you’ve planted your “room mate,” you’ll get to take it away with you and watch it grow throughout the year.

This is a relaxed, drop-in style event, so feel free to pop by anytime between 12–3pm. Only 25 students at a time. Whether you’re a plant lover or a complete beginner, it’s a fun, creative way to personalise your room and unwind during Settling In Week.
