All guests must be accompanied by Brunel University of London student to be allowed inside the event premises. One guest permitted per one Brunel University of London student, the student is responsible for their guest and their behaviour throughout the event. 

Guests must purchase their own tickets. Guest tickets will not be accepted if they are purchased by a student on behalf of their guests.

You must be a current or September 2026 intake student of Brunel University London to attend this event. Physical Brunel Univeristy London issued ID will be required prior to entering the venue to verify your student status.

▪This Venue is Wheelchair accessible, with ramps, elevators, level ground or accessible pathways.

▪ This Venue has accessible restrooms for Disabled Students.

▪ Seating is available at this event for those who are less able to stand or have mobility issues, in the form of booths next to the bar. 

▪This Event has a dedicated Quiet / Safe space for those who need a break from sensory stimulation, please contact our security to receive this support.

▪ This Event uses strobe lighting, which may not be accessible for those who have conditions such as Epilepsy.

▪ Please expect loud music and lights at this event, including strobe lighting.

▪This event has First Aiders present, including Mental Health First Aiders.

▪ Companions and Aides can attend this event for free with Disabled students, please contact the Union in advance to arrange this in advance.
