? What’s the “Freshers Ball”?
We're here to experience the glitz an glam that our students have to offer. Open to both re-turners and freshers, we want to see you dress to impress: think black-tie and red-carpet?
Extra excitment is planned with a Rodeo Bull, Candyfloss, and a dedicated VK station!
Expect mixes by resident DJ's - DJ Jon Blower & DJ Intherious plus extras!

Freshers Pass: Tickets to this event can be purchased as part of our £35 Freshers Pass! This permits you to access our Freshers nightlife events for the whole 2 weeks*.
*The Freshers Pass excludes access to our Musical Bingo and The BIG Quiz events. These tickets will be available on the door.
Cloakroom: £1 per item, purchase ticket inside the Venue. Cash & Card accepted.

This event is for student's of Brunel University London only. No guests are permitted at this event.
All tickets must be purchased prior to entering the event venue. There will be no tickets sold on the door.
You must be a current or September 2026 intake student of Brunel University London to attend this event. Physical Brunel Univeristy London issued ID will be required prior to entering the venue to verify your student status.
You must be over the age of 18 to attend this event. Physical government issued ID will be required for age verification prior to entering the venue.
Doors will strictly close at 1pm (exclusively for MEGA events). Entry will not be permitted after this time.
▪This Venue is Wheelchair accessible, with ramps, elevators, level ground or accessible pathways.
▪ This Venue has accessible restrooms for Disabled Students.
▪ Seating is available at this event for those who are less able to stand or have mobility issues, in the form of booths next to the bar.
▪This Event has a dedicated Quiet / Safe space for those who need a break from sensory stimulation, please contact our security to receive this support.
▪ This Event uses strobe lighting, which may not be accessible for those who have conditions such as Epilepsy.
▪ Please expect loud music and lights at this event, including strobe lighting.
▪This event has First Aiders present, including Mental Health First Aiders.
