Confirmed panellist are: Anne Nathan, Claire Turner, Royona Mitra and Tina Ramkalawan
The Union of Brunel Students is excited to invite you to an upcoming panel discussion focused on the challenges women encounter when aspiring to leadership roles. We will explore issues such as breaking through the "glass ceiling," and the obstacles that can arise once these positions are attained, including imposter syndrome and the "glass cliff."
Our objective is to inspire and empower all self-identifying women to nominate themselves for leadership roles and to overcome the barriers they face on their journey. We recognize the well-documented underrepresentation of women in senior leadership positions. Therefore, we are honored to have a number of panelists including:
• Royona Mitra - Associate Pro Vice Chancellor of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI)
• Tina Ramkalawan - Director of Brunel Graduate School
• Anne Nathan - Chief Finance Officer
• Claire Turner - Pro Vice Chancellor for Education
Their insights and journey's will serve as a powerful example and source of inspiration, encouraging a new generation of women leaders. We hope you will join us for this inspiring event and leave feeling motivated to pursue your own leadership aspirations.
This is a Womens Studet Network (WSN) event. This event is open to everyone but prioritise self presenting woman.
