Work out while having fun with a 'Soca & Step' class led by Shenika Blygen from #IAMHer. This beginner-friendly class is the perfect mix of high-energy soca music and dynamic step aerobics. Whether you're a seasoned stepper or you're completely new to stepping, this class is all about having fun and moving to the beat. No previous experience is necessary—just bring your energy and enthusiasm!
